Masterpiece Salon & Spa LLC- Where beauty meets art and luxury feels like home! Welcome! We are your local hometown luxury salon and spa. We offer a full service menu of hair, skin and nails. We are open Tuesday through Saturday, hours vary by professional. Appointment is recommended. Walk-ins will be accepted if time allows, but an appointment is the best way to guarantee accommodation. If you don’t see a time available that works for you, join the waitlist or contact us by phone, email, or on the contact page and we’ll do our best to accommodate. We look forward to meeting you!
CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation Policy – Masterpiece Salon & Spa LLC We kindly ask for at least 36 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. A 30% cancellation fee will apply to no-shows or cancellations within 36 hours of your appointment. Deposits are non-refundable if canceled within this window. In some cases, your deposit may be applied to a future appointment, but only at the discretion of Masterpiece Salon & Spa LLC. We reserve the right to refuse service or require upfront payment for clients with repeated last-minute cancellations. Please note: Contracted services (such as bridal or group bookings) are subject to the terms outlined in the signed agreement, which supersedes this general policy.
